Payment plans and sites do vary, but seasonal campsite pricing will start at approximately $5,000 for the 2026 season, plus electric and propane.
Included in the quoted price of our seasonal campsites are: up to 2 adults, up to 4 minor aged children, and up to 2 pets. The maximum occupancy of registered campers on a seasonal campsite cannot exceed 6 people. If your headcount allows, the registration of up to 4 total adults (such as the addition an adult child or an in-law that lives with you) would be permitted, however extra fees would apply and would require approval from management. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed on a seasonal campsite.
Yes, we allow winter storage of our seasonal camper's RVs at both of our campgrounds! Winter Storage is not included as part of seasonal campsite rental and separate winter storage fees apply.
*Restrictions and/or eligibility requirements may apply for winter storage.
At both campgrounds, we do allow campers who are storing their units to check on them, but by appointment only. Usually, we reach out to our seasonal campers storing on-site with a one week appointment window each month and let folks book time slots. Please note: We do not plow the campgrounds during the winter, so if there are heavy snow/ice accumulations or otherwise unsafe road conditions, appointment windows will not be offered until conditions improve.
This can be a tricky question to answer, as it is highly dependent on when you submit your seasonal interest form to us.
If you have submitted your interest form well in advance of your season of interest, we begin reaching out to eligible applicants shortly after the renewal process of our current seasonal campers has been completed (around mid-August), the season prior to your season of interest.
If you have submitted a seasonal interest form after we have begun reaching out to applicants, we try to respond to submissions as soon as possible, as long as availability remains and your application meets all eligibility requirements.
As previously stated, seasonal openings tend to be quite limited each season, and many factors are taken into consideration when reviewing seasonal interest form submissions. If you have submitted an application, but have not received further communication from us by mid-winter, this may simply mean that no available options are remaining, but you can always contact us at info@skyridgerv.com to inquire further, should you wish to check on the status of your submission.
Like many campgrounds, we do enforce a model year age restriction for seasonal campers.
At Skyridge Trails, if it is in excellent condition we will accept campers as old as 15 model years as seasonals.
At Cozy Hills, we will accept campers as old as 10 model years as new seasonals.
In general, seasonal campsite reservations are restricted to travel trailers, hybrid travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and motorhomes (all classes).
All seasonal campers must have a fully self-contained RV, complete with its own restroom and shower. As a result, smaller non-self contained RVs, such as teardrops and popups, and tents would not be allowed to reserve a seasonal campsite.
Additionally, homemade camping units, such as tiny homes, modified cargo trailers, converted buses (aka "schoolies"), etc. would not be allowed to reserve a seasonal campsite.
Yes, electric golf carts are allowed for seasonal campers at both campgrounds. We do not allow gas powered golf carts. We do not allow non-seasonal campers to bring golf carts to our campground.
Details regarding proper lighting, numbering, insurance requirements, etc. will be provided to new seasonal campers as part of their seasonal agreement.
Both parks have WIFI, but no cable.
Yes, with some restrictions regarding size, color and construction methods, seasonal campers may have both sheds and decks.
Each seasonal camper is responsible for the general upkeep of their seasonal campsite. This includes all basic site maintenance tasks such as mowing/lawncare, leaf removal, weed removal, etc.
At both of our campgrounds, new seasonal campers may move in either the week after we close (with an official appointment) or on opening day of the camping season itself. We generally will not allow move-in of seasonal campers on any other dates.
Move-in appointments after closing must be made with and approved by campground management, as some sites can be a bit tricky to park on.
Move-in appointments on opening day are handled in a first-come, first-parked fashion, once the campground has opened at 2:00 PM.
While we greatly appreciate the excitement our campers have for moving in on our opening day, please know that our team is often working up until the final minutes on opening to ensure the campground is ready for our arrivals. As a result, we kindly request that no early arrival requests are made, as they will not be allowed.
At both SkyRidge and Cozy, any existing seasonal campers that have requested campsite relocation will have the first choice of newly available seasonal campsites, once the seasonal renewal process has been completed (late-July to early-August). We refer to this time period as the "seasonal shuffle." Once this process has been completed, usually by mid-August, we will begin the process of reaching out to new applicants to set up an appointment for a seasonal campsite tour and interview.
When reviewing seasonal interest form submissions, many factors are considered. These factors include information such as the guest's form submission date, the length/type of their camping equipment, the model year of their camping equipment, past guest/stay history at our campground, etc. If a seasonal interest form submission is deemed ineligible, which will happen in situations where the applicant exceeds the number of people and/or pets we allow, or is applying with camping equipment that is too old (see age restrictions FAQ above) or not approved for seasonal campsite reservations, their application will be discarded.
As we receive a large volume of seasonal interest submission between our 2 campgrounds, we do not carry over a wait-list from season-to-season, and reapplication is required each season for interested parties.
